Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
